The originator of this fantastic idea is a man who has been involved in the Network Marketing Industry for a number of years and has even run his own Network Marketing companies. What he discovered is that in the normal network marketing companies the company makes most of the money and there is a huge number of people who do not recover their "investment". The "bottom liners" as he calls them. These are people at the bottom of matrices, legs or what ever you want to call them. They are people who have bought product and can do nothing with it. They are also people who get involved through "hype" at presentations and spend their money on impulse, only to regret it the next day and write off their "spend" to experience without "doing the business". This causes the whole thing to collapse. Having said this, he maintains, as proven over time, that the network marketing business model is still the most powerful marketing model ever devised when it comes to distribution of product, and has produced more millionaires than any other single industry. The next thing he investigated was "chain letters". Yes, that nasty illegal format where everyone sends money to a list of people, takes a name off the top of the list, inserts their own details at the bottom and sends out thousands of letters asking those poor souls to send in their money. Hey, where is the product??? This is just a money game sending $10 bills all over the place in envelopes to eagerly awaiting participants. No wonder it's illegal. Then, there are all these "automated programs (software)" that are being sold all over the place promising amazing "set it up with just a few clicks and let it run on auto pilot and sit back and rake in the money" - thousands and thousands of dollars of it, like magic. Yeah, right! However, what if - just what if there was a way to harness all this power with a legitimate business plan? World wide commerce is dependent on one thing, and one thing alone. Sales. The contract between two people (organizations) of sell and buy. You have a product to sell and someone wants to buy it. They pay, you deliver and the contract is complete. Nothing illegal about that. For this to work you need to own the product in the first place. Let's have a look at how products move through the marketplace. A simple example. Someone grows some raw material. He sells it to a manufacturer. First buy/sell agreement. The manufacturer then uses the raw material to produce an article and sells it to a distributor. Second buy/sell agreement. The distributor then sells it to a wholesaler. Third buy/sell agreement. The wholesaler then sells it to a retailer. Fourth buy/sell agreement. The retailer sells it to the consumer. Fifth buy/sell agreement. Nothing illegal about all that. Now let's have a look at the marketing procedure.
Do you see where this is going? Similar to MLM (Multi Level Marketing), the customer's upline is the retailer, the retailer's upline is the wholesaler, the wholesaler's upline is the distributor, the distributor's upline is the manufacturer and the manufacturer's upline is the grower. This is just a simple example of a business structure. The thing to note here is that at every stage the participants require a customer base, and someone to buy from. Now let's look at the illegal chain letter scenario. You are given a list of people, one under the other, and are asked to send money to the people on the list. You then take the name of the person on the top off the list and add you name to the bottom. Now you send out more letters with the new list with your name on the bottom. As they send you money and all the others on the list, they do the same thing and your name moves up a notch. These people sending out the new list are covering a wider area due to multiplication and you should now receive even more money. By the time your name is at the top of lists all over the world, there are literally thousands of people who will send you money. Great concept, but HIGHLY ILLEGAL. Let's turn that scenario around and make it legal. You want to start your own online selling business but you need product, a supplier and a customer base. The product has to be easy and quick to distribute, value for money and easily stored (no warehousing or stock control) You would like to be paid with order so there are no accounting procedures to follow. Ok, how about a digital product (an e-book, owned by you with full resale rights) that is stored on your computer. Yes, just one copy of that particular product. Easily distributed by means of email. Payment with order before you distribute. Where do you get the product from and who do you sell it to? If you are interested in starting this business you would contact the person who referred you here. He/she is a reseller. They would supply you with a list of 5 (five) email addresses e.g. Now, there are 5 products in Stage One of this business plan. You would purchase product 1 from your friend who is at the top of the list, product 2 from the second person on the list, the third product from the third person, the fourth product from the fourth person and the fifth product from the person who is at the bottom of the list. As there is a buy/sell contract that exists on each of these purchases, this is perfectly legal. You have purchased, and now own, the products to use for yourself and also to sell online. This list is your SUPPLIER LIST. All future product will be bought from these resellers. You should save this list somewhere for future purchases. Now you have to establish your customer base. Yes, there is always work to be done. Nothing in this life is free. What you do now is save the list/email you received from your friend, remove the bottom email address, move all the remaining email addresses down a number and insert your email address at the top in position 1 ready to send to your contacts when they come on board. This is your CUSTOMER LIST You would now have to chat to your contacts and send them this website address if they show interest. If they would like to start their own online e-book selling business they will request the list from you. This is the list with your name at the top. Let's say you manage to make 5 sales. This would mean that you would receive 5 orders for product number 1. They would order the other products from the other email addresses on your customer list. As those 5 customers start their own business, and we will say they make 5 sales each, as an example, you will receive 25 orders for product number 2 as you would be second on their customers lists. As these lists change and your name moves down you will receive orders for the other products as well. The highest number of orders you should receive would be for product number 5 when you are on the bottom of the lists. I'm sure you can see the potential of this business. YOU own the products, YOU receive the orders, YOU are paid 100% of the selling price and YOU distribute the product as per the orders. You don't have a boss. You don't have a warehouse and staff.
